Second coat of primer on the oil tank. I am using Sherwin Williams etch & filler primer. Inside of the oil tank.(below)
Engine cradle with second coat of primer. The surface of the bare steel is very lumpy and uneven. I don't recommend stripping to bare metal - just sand off the top coat for a smooth surface.
